As you already know, more than two out of five (over 40%) vehicle fatalities in the United States are caused by people who drink and drive. Many victims of drunk drivers are often children. There is absolutely no reason to take an innocent parent away from a child. Yet, drunk drivers to it all the time.

As a result of these very unfortunate incidents, we at Alco-Tube USA have created the Veronique Drice Armand and Altagrace Drice Foundation (also known as the V & A Foundation Desk.) It is a non-profit organization specifically designed to give college scholarships to children of drunk driving victims.

No child deserves to be deprived of a college education. Especially when a parent who has been a victim, or other, can no longer provide financial assistance because of a dreadful accident.

The Noemi Drice Pelletier PURPLE HEART AWARD

IN MEMORIAM OF Dr. Drice's aunt, Noemi Drice Pelletier who was tortured by the secret police known as the Tonton Macoute of President of Haiti Dr. Francois 'Papa Doc' Duvalier. Noemi Drice Pelletier survived.
  Noemi Drice Pelletier was a tortured civilian who survived and was able to heal. She did not allow the despair and oppression to take over.  For having looked  evil in the eye and take the pain and suffering, she deserves the highest award in my book.
  This award is created to offer a one thousand dollars cash emergency relief to individuals who are forced by reasons beyond their control to escape a dangerous situation.
