Dr. Philippe Edouard Drice (also known as Dr. TUBE — The CRUSADER) is the general manager of Alco-Tube USA Incorporated. Dr. TUBE brings his former military D & A Rehab medical experience, domestic corporate marketing experience, global international trade with finance experience and a legal education (J. D.) to the organization.

Dr. TUBE also founded the Veronique Drice Armand and Altagrace Drice Foundation (also known as the V & A Foundation). This foundation, a non-profit entity, is dedicated to offering scholarships to children of drunk driving victims.
